🍼 Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • ✅ The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • ✅ The product is returned with its original packaging.

  • ✅ The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • ✅ Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • 🚫 Personal hygiene products

  • 🚫 Gift cards

  • 🚫 Clearance or final sale items

📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

💰 Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • ✅ Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • 💳 Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever applicable.

  • 💵 For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through a mutually agreed payment method.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace products that are:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly shipped

If you need an exchange, please contact our support team before returning the product.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
